1. Introduction

Welcome to YourWaifus.com. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website and AI Subscription Service. By accessing or using our service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. YourWaifus Plus and Max, Diamonds, and Pricing

We offer the following subscription plans:

• YourWaifus Plus Monthly: €14.99/month
• YourWaifus Max Monthly: €49.99/month

Plus includes 1,000 AI voice replies per month; Max includes 4,000. The allowance resets monthly, does not roll over, and is not advertised as unlimited. We do not offer a free subscription trial. Existing annual Plus purchases retain their original billing terms and 1,000-reply monthly allowance; annual plans are no longer offered to new customers. Prices are subject to change; we will notify you before a change takes effect.

Every AI response includes voice. Outside your subscription allowance, one response uses 100 Diamonds. New accounts receive 1,000 Diamonds. We offer a Welcome Pack with 5,000 Diamonds for €2.99 as a fixed first-purchase offer, plus packs for 25 Voice Replies at €2.99, 100 Voice Replies at €8.99, and 250 Voice Replies at €17.99. There is no general first-purchase multiplier.

A daily login grants 20 Diamonds. Optional rewarded ads grant 350 Diamonds each, up to ten per UTC day. We do not use forced, banner, or interstitial ads.

3. Use of Service

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not:

• Use the Service in any way that violates any applicable law or regulation
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
• Use the Service to transmit any harmful code or malware
• Impersonate or attempt to impersonate the Company or another user

4. Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle. We do not provide refunds for partial subscription periods.
